Interior Design service: I can offer advice on paint colours, wallcoverings, flooring, carpet, rugs, furniture, lighting and accessories. I will work with you and give you as much guidance as you feel you need, but will always listen to any ideas you have for the room/s. Similarly, if you have any existing items you want to keep or work around, I will endeavour to incorporate them into the scheme. As I charge by the hour for this service you can decide how much input you would like me to have. You may just need a single visit to help you with the layout of existing furniture, or ideas for a new colour scheme or a pair of curtains. Alternatively, you may need advice, with sourcing of ideas and project management of a whole house refurbishment.
Interior Design Fee charged at £40 per hour (this is reduced to £30 per hour after the first 10 hours).
Home Staging service: This is for those of you wishing to stage your property in preparation to sell it or rent it out. I can help you re-arrange the layout of rooms, de-clutter and advise on how to accessorise your house to maximise its potential. For a limited budget and little effort I can help you achieve a desirable property that stands out from the rest.
Home staging visit (for average 3 bed house) £100.
If needed, additional visits charged at hourly rate of £30 an hour.
A small mileage fee will be charged for any visits outside of a 20 mile radius of Stratford-upon-Avon.
