Imogen Whyte Interior Design is providing you with this website (‘www.imogenwhyte.co.uk’) and its content for general informational purposes. Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions relating to the use of our website.
By using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions or any portion of them at any time without notice by updating this posting.
You are bound by any revisions and should periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions that apply to your use of our website. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the materials (as defined below) automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the materials.
Until the point in which Imogen Whyte Interior Design hands over all the Designs, Artwork, floorplans, lighting plans, illustrations, computer generated imagery to the client; All the work carried out by Imogen Whyte Interior Design is still the property of Imogen Whyte Interior Design.
Imogen Whyte Interior Design holds the right to retain the work until payment has been made.
Imogen Whyte Interior Design will provide you with a confirmation of order, before work on the project starts. This confirmation of order should contain information regarding the project as well as a copy of Imogen Whyte Interior Design terms and conditions.
In its absolute discretion, the Company may, at any time, permit cancellation of a booking or order and reserves the right to cancel any booking or order in the event of any breach of any of these Conditions by the Client provided that in the event of any such cancellation, as liquidated damages, the Client agrees to pay a percentage of the value of the cancelled booking or order according to the length of time between cancellation and the date estimated for performance.

Less than 5 days from commencement of work 50%
Less than 10 but more than 5 days from commencement of work 25%
Imogen Whyte Interior Design sends out invoices monthly on/or around the 1st of every month for the previous months work.
e.g. All hours that fall into January 2018 would then be invoiced on or around the 1st February 2018.
For new customers Imogen Whyte Interior Design requires payments to be made in full within 7 days from the date written on the invoice.
Other payment terms can be discussed once Imogen Whyte Interior Design has worked with the client for a period of time.
Imogen Whyte Interior Design does offer the option of staggered payments. This option would be discussed before any work has been carried out and the details of the staggered payments will be included on the confirmation of order.
All payments are expected to be paid within the agreed period. In some cases Imogen Whyte Interior Design will allow 45 days for payments to reach the accounts. These cases will have this written into their quote/confirmation of order.
If a client has payment terms of 30 days and fails to make payment within this time, Imogen Whyte Interior Design retains the right to reduce the next payment period to 14 days.
If Imogen Whyte Interior Design still has not received payment after 60 days, Imogen Whyte Interior Design will add 2% interest to the outstanding balance every month until the payment has been made.
Imogen Whyte Interior Design will consider taking legal action when required.
Any alterations requested that falls out of the original submitted quote will be charged out at an hourly rate described in the original quote.
Imogen Whyte Interior Design shall accept no responsibility for any incorrect information, drawings, designs, footage, or briefs supplied by the client.
Imogen Whyte Interior Design holds the right to cancel the work if Imogen Whyte Interior Design find the client is considering breaking the law.
